About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic team as we modernize and transform our technology stack. You'll play a key role in transitioning legacy systems to cloud-native microservices, developing new applications for merchant onboarding, and leading the migration to Dynamics 365 CRM with modern integrations.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic team as we modernize and transform our technology stack. You'll play a key role in transitioning legacy systems to cloud-native microservices, developing new applications for merchant onboarding, and leading the migration to Dynamics 365 CRM with modern integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MOS App Modernization
- Lead the decoupling of a legacy on-prem monolithic application.
- Rebuild core capabilities as microservices using .NET Core, MongoDB, and SQL for metadata.
- Design and implement 15-17 microservices in a scalable cloud environment.
2. Merchant Originations & Onboarding
- Architect and develop a new application to manage the full merchant lifecycle-from lead generation to onboarding.
- Integrate features such as contract management, risk and compliance workflows, and document generation/signing.
3. Dynamics CRM Migration
- Drive the migration from a legacy CRM to Dynamics 365.
- Develop new Java-based integrations using Apigee and ensure alignment with evolving compliance requirements.
- Work with a modern tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud (PCF to Open Source), Playwright, and JUnit.
Tech Stack:
- Languages: Java, .NET Core, JavaScript (minimal UI with Angular)
- Frameworks: Spring Boot, Playwright, JUnit
- Databases: MongoDB, SQL
- Cloud & DevOps: PCF (transitioning to open source), Apigee, Microservices architecture
- CRM: Dynamics 365 (D365)
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
- Strong background in Java and .NET Core with the ability to maintain legacy code while building new services.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Dynamics 365, and API integrations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with minimal structure and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Angular or other front-end frameworks.
- Experience in financial services or merchant onboarding domains.
