RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Developer IV in Reston, VA.
Summary:
The client is seeking a Specialized Developer IV to design, develop, and implement applications using Salesforce to support business requirements. The Developer IV performs high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
* Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
* Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX)
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
