Programmer/Developer

Location: Northeastern United States (Hybrid)

Compensation:
Pay Range: $49.00-$70.00 Per HR

Description:
Join a dynamic and expanding team in the Compliance & Risk domains.
Design scalable and optimal solutions using generic technology platforms.
Leverage business and technical knowledge to implement strategies efficiently.
Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and architects.
Support functional capabilities across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver development projects on time and manage the full development life cycle.
Complete technical and implementation design documentation.
Provide estimates for various phases of development.
Conduct regular code reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Participate in testing phases and align with testing strategies.
Consult with product owners to drive requirements to success.
Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural direction.

Qualifications:
3 years of hands-on experience with generic technology platforms.
Experience with configurations, workflows, scripting, and integrations.
Proficient in applicable programming methodologies.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Understanding of industry trends in compliance and risk management.
Overall 8 years of development experience.
BS or MS Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
