IAM Security Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IAM Security Analyst in Draper, UT.

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced IAM Security Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing operations of its enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. This role will focus on automating access administration, enhancing IAM tools and integrations, and ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly SOX. The analyst will work with systems like SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and Okta, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve IAM processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* IAM Security Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IAM risks, best practices, and process improvements
* Manage User Access Certifications (UACs) for compliance with SOX regulations
* Define and maintain roles and entitlements across applications and platforms
* Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to align access controls with regulatory requirements
* Participate in the implementation and UAT of IAM tool connectors and integrations
* Document processes, standards, and access requirements
* Analyze and resolve provisioning/de-provisioning issues
* Partner with application owners and IT teams to onboard applications and improve IAM governance
* As an IAM Security Analyst, you will provide metrics and reports related to IAM integrations and access reviews
* Contribute to security projects and risk mitigation plans
* Support role modeling, access standards, and continuous improvement efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Experience with SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, or Okta
* Strong understanding of IAM concepts, tools, and best practices
* Familiarity with SOX compliance and regulatory environments
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and time management skills
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* CISSP or equivalent security certification
* Experience developing and implementing business roles and access procedures
* Exposure to access governance, directory services, SSO, and behavioral analytics

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
