Detailed Job Description & Must Have Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience Cognos TM1 (Perspective, Architect, Performance Modeler contributor web). Strong hands-on knowledge of TI processes, writing complex rules customize workflow. Build Complex TI Process Chores
- Build Complex Rules, Build web sheets (Static and Active forms), TM1 contributor web applications
- Expertise in architecting distributed multi-server Cognos environments including capacity planning, installation and configuration of TM1 planning Analytics (2.1) software components.
- Should have Migration experience from TM1 2.0.9 to IBM planning Analytics (2.1)
- Implements Planning Analytics TM1 solutions using TM1 Rules, TI Processes, PAx, and PAW.
- Strong understanding of various relational database platforms in design and development of ETL processes and relational databases (Oracle is a plus).
- Extensive experience with MS Excel, spreadsheet presentation, and financial modelling.
- Expertise in the design and development of large-scale integrated Enterprise-wide Data Warehouse, Cognos TM1, BI solutions. Understanding of Data Models, ETL processes a plus. Ability to build strong alliance with different business and functional groups.
- Architected multiple enterprise-wide deployed financial BI Reporting and Dashboard solutions.
- Hands-on experience with the remaining suite of Cognos tools is a plus, including Cognos 10 BI Workspace Advanced, Cognos Insight, Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, Framework Manager, Transformer Power play, Cognos Connection, Cognos Enterprise Planning
- Takes direction well but must work independently, Team player, strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communications, presentation skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organization on a regular basis. IBM Certified Developer
- Experience in Workiva will be an advantage
