Gen AI/ML Engineer

Alpharetta, GA & New York, NY (Hybrid 3 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities: Model Development: Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business needs and challenges.
Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and identify patterns.
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of AI/ML models, experiments, and processes to ensure replicability and knowledge sharing.
Required skills and qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

- Python (Approaches--how to implement or write Code)

- TensorFlow/PyTorch

- Understanding of ML algorithms

- Basic cloud AI services

- Model development & deployment

- REST API integration for ML models

- Experience with NLP, deep learning

- Cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI)

- Designing scalable ML systems

- Advanced statistical modeling

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to data preprocessing tools (Pandas, NumPy)

- Leadership in AI strategy

- Cutting-edge frameworks (Transformers, LLMs)

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information technology or equivalent professional experience
