Now Hiring: Lead Installers - Nashville, TN | TEKsystems
Location: Commercial Construction Sites Across Nashville
Job Type: Contract | Full-Time
About the Role
TEKsystems is looking for experienced Lead Installers to support several large-scale projects across the Nashville market. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for installing cable pathways and structured cabling in large commercial buildings. We're seeking professionals who can walk onto a job site, review blueprints, lay out the job, solve problems as they arise, and manage a team of helpers. The scope of work includes CCTV, Voice/Data cabling, and hardware installation-no programming knowledge required.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and route low-voltage cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, fiber optics) in large commercial/industrial environments
- Terminate, test, and troubleshoot network systems using tools such as cable testers, and network analyzers
- Lead a team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to work independently and stay on task without constant oversight
- Experience working with and directing a helper
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must have own basic tools (major tools provided)
