Job Summary:
The Architectural Designer serves to work with the project Architects to efficiently develop 3-D Revit models and produce construction documents of buildings. In addition, the Architectural Designer/Technician coordinates with Engineers and Designers from other disciplines on project teams to coordinate the designs of the projects.

Job Summary:
The Architectural Designer serves to work with the project Architects to efficiently develop 3-D Revit models and produce construction documents of buildings. In addition, the Architectural Designer/Technician coordinates with Engineers and Designers from other disciplines on project teams to coordinate the designs of the projects.
In this role, you will:
- Independently manage project drafting of all scales
- Assist Architectural Manager and other experienced architects on day-to-day tasks
- Work with all design team disciplines daily
- Provide drafting direction and support to ensure consistent and high-quality designs firm-wide
- Utilize creative insight and practical solutions
- Research code requirements necessary for each design
- Assist with the preparation of design presentations for the client
- Develop and coordinate project documents from schematic design through construction administration
- Meet established project budgets and schedules
- Mentor and develop architectural designers
You will be a great fit if:
- You have an associate degree in an architectural-related technology program
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience
- You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other visualization tools
