Job Summary:

The Architectural Designer serves to work with the project Architects to efficiently develop 3-D Revit models and produce construction documents of buildings. In addition, the Architectural Designer/Technician coordinates with Engineers and Designers from other disciplines on project teams to coordinate the designs of the projects.

In this role, you will:

• Independently manage project drafting of all scales
• Assist Architectural Manager and other experienced architects on day-to-day tasks
• Work with all design team disciplines daily
• Provide drafting direction and support to ensure consistent and high-quality designs firm-wide
• Utilize creative insight and practical solutions
• Research code requirements necessary for each design
• Assist with the preparation of design presentations for the client
• Develop and coordinate project documents from schematic design through construction administration
• Meet established project budgets and schedules
• Mentor and develop architectural designers

You will be a great fit if:

• You have an associate degree in an architectural-related technology program
• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience
• You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other visualization tools
