About the Role:
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things ERP, working collaboratively with various departments to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics NAV 15 system. You'll wear many hats, including:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage your expertise in Jet Analytics, Jet Essentials, SQL Server, and basic SQL programming to generate insightful reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (we're flexible!).
System Administration: Maintain the health and integrity of our ERP system, performing regular backups, restorations, and troubleshooting.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the organization.
User Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to our team on utilizing the ERP system effectively.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- MS Dynamics experience
- SQL Server experience
- Experience with reporting (Power BI or Tableau)
- Preferably Bilingual skills (Spanish is a plus)
- A basic understanding of programming or scripting languages (SQL preferred)
- Experience with Excel and Crystal Reports
- Familiarity with Microsoft's EDI Modules, particularly ASN transactions (EDI 856)
- Prior supervisory experience
