Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Woodland Hills, CA. QA Automation Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Woodland Hills, CA. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite, where you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Assurance process. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of QA processes, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
- Discretionary Bonus and Competitive Benefits
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform50/50 manual and automated testing, with an emphasis on manual testing initially.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to digest complex automation challenges into smaller, actionable parts.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts usingSeleniumandPython.
- Ensure data validation and testing across multiple layers of the data structure.
- Work with large datasets and perform comprehensive data verification to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assess current QA needs, execute short-term manual solutions, and develop long-term automation frameworks.
- Take ownership of QA practices, working closely with the data engineering team and QA vendor support to ensure optimal development processes.
Must-Have Skills
- Seleniumexpertise for automation testing.
- Proficiency inPython, rated at a 7-8 out of 10 for advanced coding, debugging, and scripting.
- Demonstrated experience working withlarge datasetsand data structures, showcasingdata savvyand problem-solving abilities for automation challenges.
Additional Requirements
- Strong ability to digest and tackle complex automation problems using adaptive, data-driven techniques.
- Familiarity with establishing and maintaining a new QA structure and automating crucial processes from scratch.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the initiative to take ownership of the QA process.
