Job Description
***Only qualified UX Researcher - Customer Insights & Analytics candidates located near Atlanta, GA, to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Qualifications:
Skilled in CX Survey Design and CX Analytics.
Expert experience in Qualtrics XM, Microsoft Office Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with multivariate statistics and statistical tools like SAS, R, Python, etc.
Direct experience in telecom customer-level purchase/behavioral data analysis is highly desirable.
Must be a self-starter with excellent analytic skills and proof of individual contribution to successes.
Must be able to work in a collaborative partnership with support resources within the Consumer Insights group.
Strong desire to work with a client-centric mantra and have the ability to generate rapport and credibility with the client.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.

Role:
Primary market research experience in support of consumer marketing.

Responsibilities:
Gather customer data to ensure a clear and current view of the production customer experience and its associated friction points.
Use a multi-faceted research approach to gather formative data using qualitative, quantitative, and competitive data.
Leverage available metrics to monitor the health of the customer experience and keep the team and business informed.
Evaluate experiences created within the team and outside to ensure they align with the defined strategies.
Roll data points up into compelling Point-of-view documents and communicate learnings to key partners, including designers, strategists, researchers, and product owners.
Employ online research tools, design thinking methods, and quantitative research methods.
