Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks an Director, Software Engineer in Alpharetta, Georgia
Work on developing software services. Work with business application's owners and create automation code. Work on Landing Zone software components. Establish security guardrails around technology infrastructure. Work with customer security teams to recommend and implement best practices. Review internal customer and business unit use case requirements. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
Salary:
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $146,000 and $146,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as Technical Lead, Senior Consultant, or a related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with: all phases of the software development lifecycle; designing and developing applications using Java Web platforms; Object oriented analysis; design using common design patterns; JEE internals; Linux development environment; Relational Databases; SQL; ORM technologies including: JPA2 and Hibernate; Spring Framework; Agile methodology; and CRM related software.
