Creative Services Coordinator III
Santa Monica, CA (Onsite)
Contract: May 2025 - November 2026 (18-month W2 Contract)
Pay: $25-$33/hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We re hiring a Creative Services Coordinator III to support a global e-commerce leader s private label apparel division think innovation meets fashion at scale. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of art, design, and production coordination, collaborating with cross-functional creative and development teams to streamline digital and physical design asset workflows.
This opportunity is perfect for a self-starter with a fashion or design background who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is excited by the prospect of supporting end-to-end design processes from concept to factory coordination.
What You'll Do

Organize, track, and manage design assets across print, materials, and product teams

Coordinate the production of color and artwork materials

Maintain physical and digital libraries of design assets

Interface with cross-functional partners including Art, Design, Materials, and Product Development

Partner with offshore vendors and teams to ensure assets meet standards and timelines

Maintain documentation accuracy across product lifecycle systems

Report directly to the Print Manager
Basic Qualifications
-
5+ years of Graphic Arts or Design experience

3+ years in the fashion/apparel industry, with 2+ years in an administrative/coordinator capacity

Bachelor s degree in Fashion, Design, CAD, Product Management, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with Centric PLM or similar product lifecycle management tools
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with apparel color/print production workflows

Understanding of fabric applications and print design methods

Experience with CAD software such as NEDgraphics
-
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Experience in asset organization, documentation, and systems integration
