Project Manager

McKinney, TX

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate efforts related to the launch of a significant global initiative and some additional projects. This role will be based onsite at a designated office location and will work closely with cross-functional teams across Legal, HR, Finance, and Technology to ensure successful planning and execution. This is a high-impact initiative, and the Project Manager will play a key role in driving alignment, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery across all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the GTC Mexico project, coordinating across internal departments and external consultant partners.
  • Work on some additional Project related to Integration with Partners.
  • Work with Legal, HR, Finance, and Technology teams to track deliverables, identify dependencies, and drive progress against plan.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings, keeping all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, including proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and consultant partners to ensure compliance with business, legal, and operational requirements.
  • Provide consistent project status updates to leadership and ensure visibility into key decisions and milestones.
  • Coordinate activities related to contracts, onboarding, systems access, and communications with stakeholders supporting the global initiative effort and other projects.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong track record working with corporate support functions (Legal, HR, Finance) and technology teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on execution and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with external partners and vendors to align on goals and timelines.
  • Solid understanding of project documentation, planning tools, and reporting processes.
  • Experience in international expansion or cross-border initiatives is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Lucid charts, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Experience with intercompany agreements and contracts is a plus.
  • Spanish language skills a plus, but not required.
