PACS/RIS Administrator - Contract Coral Gables, FL $60.00- $70.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate s/applicant s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a PACS/RIS Administrator in Coral Gables, FL
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced PACS/RIS Systems Administrator to support enterprise imaging systems in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role focuses on the administration, support, and optimization of radiology IT systems, with a strong emphasis on Siemens Syngo.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced support for RIS and PACS systems, including Siemens Syngo Radiology
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, manage support tickets, and provide on-site assistance as needed.
Administer and maintain integrations with imaging tools such as Mammo, CVIS, PowerScribe, and Cerner HIS.
Collaborate closely with clinical staff and cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless imaging workflows.
Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, and enterprise imaging transformations with minimal disruption to operations.
Document workflows, processes, and support procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Act as a key point of contact for radiology application support and system performance monitoring.

Top Skills / Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting RIS/PACS systems in large enterprise healthcare environments
Must possess deep knowledge of Siemens imaging tools (and/or Altera-Star Radiology or similar) and a strong understanding of radiology workflows within healthcare IT environments
Must have strong troubleshooting and support skills, including ticket resolution, admin-level system support, on-site issue handling, and experience with ticketing systems and documentation.
Must possess experience with system upgrades, migrations, and enterprise imaging transformations, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work with clinical users (If they speak Spanish, it s a plus!)
Must be able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
