Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client to oversee a large-scale video conferencing deployment that includes multiple workstreams such as lifecycle upgrades, new construction, and remodels across a geographically dispersed organization. This role will be responsible for driving execution, ensuring quality, managing risk, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless video conferencing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across multiple sites.
  • Plan, organize, and communicate tasks related to deployment.
  • Track and consolidate project information from multiple inputs into clear, executive-ready reporting.
  • Coordinate with electrical, network, and construction teams to ensure room readiness.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and facilities project managers to meet deployment timelines.
  • Independently verify project scope and define methods for managing and controlling project activities.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and quality assurance programs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while driving process and delivery improvements.
  • Promote transparency and continuous improvement within project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 7+ years of relevant project management experience.
  • Strong background in managing IT projects with multiple workstreams, ideally in infrastructure or enterprise technology deployments.
  • Previous experience managing corporate construction projects or large video conferencing implementations strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple input streams, collaborate with technical engineers, and communicate technical concepts in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Expertise in project management frameworks (Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies).
  • Excellent organizational, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
