- Strong mobile app development experience using Angular plus Ionic framework (within the last 3 years so they are up to date on the version we are using, which is version 8)
- Strong client facing experience - some of the client devs are working with us on this and they are quite experienced in the above framework and opinionated
- Experience mentoring junior devs - this one is also important as we will need this person to help with training other Endava devs on the framework, do code review, help with feedback etc.
This is all I have for now. The key factor is time. The project is long-term and this person could potentially stay on board for 1+ year.
