Job Description
Utah manufacturer is in need for someone to come in and help them with data entry for their financial systems. Work within the finance and purchasing group to help them with manually entering and catching up their invoicing, purchasing data, logistics/shipping data, and similar. Assist in refining their invoicing system. While this is still somewhat a manual process for them, they are automating and need help catching up. Will also work with existing vendors to ensure they are getting paid on invoices in a timely manner.

Job Description

Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience working within either a billing or accounts receivable department
- Experience with collaborating and prioritizing paper and electronic invoicing
- Experience with high degree of accuracy of data entry into CRM's (list any of them you have)
- Some financial classwork, course studies, and basic understanding of financial software
