Essential Functions:
- Safely execute production processes to reconfigure mobile devices using test fixtures and follow work instructions aligned with production schedules.
- Physically unbox, assemble, disassemble, label, and move light assemblies while maintaining accurate data entry and inventory transactions.
- Identify and report quality or safety discrepancies, collaborating with Quality, Engineering, or Management to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with labeling standards, regulatory requirements (FDA 21CFR, ISO 13485, cGMP), and use current released procedures.
- Maintain organized, clean workspace suitable for medical device manufacturing and support continuous production flow.
- Accurately perform data entry, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain floor stock levels.
- Work independently or in small teams to troubleshoot issues, and assist with Receiving, Shipping, and Quality tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a Medical Device and/or electronics test environment.
- Basic user understanding of mobile device technology and touchscreens
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP Software preferred.
- Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office.
- Detail-oriented.
