Job Description:
SAP Workstream Functional Lead
Full time, direct hire to client
Location: 4 days/week onsite in Cary, NC
Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship both now and in the future.
Since this is a direct hire role, there are no C2C or 1099 contract options.
Our aerospace and industrial manufacturing client is building a team of SAP workstream functional leads to work onsite in their Cary, NC location.
There are no remote options here and the hybrid schedule is 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of business processes to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Plan, manage, and implement ERP and business systems projects.
- Define and document business and technical requirements.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system requirements are met.
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and IT teams.
- Create and maintain end-user documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Monitor system interfaces and batch jobs; create operational KPIs.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations is required.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
