Job Description:

SAP Workstream Functional Lead

Full time, direct hire to client

Location: 4 days/week onsite in Cary, NC

Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship both now and in the future.

Since this is a direct hire role, there are no C2C or 1099 contract options.

Our aerospace and industrial manufacturing client is building a team of SAP workstream functional leads to work onsite in their Cary, NC location.

There are no remote options here and the hybrid schedule is 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote.

These roles do not require configuration work.

  • Procure to Pay
  • Order to Cash
  • Plan to Produce
  • Record to Report


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop deep understanding of business processes to identify and implement IT solutions.
  • Plan, manage, and implement ERP and business systems projects.
  • Define and document business and technical requirements.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system requirements are met.
  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and IT teams.
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation, process flows, and training materials.
  • Monitor system interfaces and batch jobs; create operational KPIs.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations is required.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
