One of our clients in the government domain is seeking a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in QA testing and Agile Scrum.

Long Term Contract

Remote: (But travel to Columbus is required as needed for on-site meetings.)

Interview: (First round interviews will be via TEAMS. If the candidate is local, the second round may be in person at Rhodes Tower in Columbus.)

Responsibilities:

• Act as an agile scrum master to keep project teams on track, to ensure tasks are completed each sprint, and to plan out and execute the next series of sprints
• Help build internal Salesforce applications for business customers
• Use wireframes and screen mock-ups to help both development and end users better visualize requirements
• Interview internal users to understand the current use of product features and their business problems
• Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers to define product features
• Collaborate with the Developers, Application and Data Architects to produce technical specifications for custom developments and system integration requirements
• Manage product demos with different stakeholders to get feedback for product improvement
• Help lead process flow analysis and process redesign
• Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze, and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows
• Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests
• Create or update project deliverables, artifacts, and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements
• Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
• Perform Quality Assurance testing to meet project demands
• Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions
• Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to understand and document technical/functional IT requirements
• Ability to understand and test technical/functional IT requirements
• Experience with the integration of applications to outside, internal, or external applications.

Required skills:

• Experience as a business analyst in a structured software development environment
• Experience as a quality assurance tester in a structured software development environment
• Agile software development experience
• Any Business Analyst Certification
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
