RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Supplies Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Arizona.
Responsibilities:
* Manage supplies information across multiple databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency
* Meet with clients to identify and resolve supply-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Research non-reporting devices to identify issues; update records accordingly; Including but not limited to: generating work orders for technicians to investigate and resolve device issues; Data comparison using multiple spreadsheets
* Update and maintain supplies projects used in customer presentations and strategic meetings
* Analyze and compare data from multiple spreadsheets to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, company management, and senior executives to align efforts and support strategic business goals
* Lead customer-facing meetings to communicate progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives
* Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established by the customer regarding supplies issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective decision-making and problem resolution
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work independently by applying critical thinking skills
* Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* Excellent critical thinking skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) for data analysis and reporting
* Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptable and resourceful under pressure, with the ability to navigate rapid change
* Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Working hours must be in Pacific time zone
Preferred:
* 1+ years of experience working in a Project Management role
* Proficient Excel experience
* Experience with Smartsheet preferred
* Experience working with ticketing software, ServiceNow preferred
* Previous work from home experience
* MS Teams and/or Zoom chat/meeting experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
