We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Application Developer with a focus on Microsoft Power platform and AI to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom software solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency. You'll be part of a diverse team of dedicated problem-solving professionals with a common goal: improving operational efficiencies and gaining strategic insight using cutting edge Microsoft technologies, including latest AI/ML, LLM, Generative AI and GPT technologies.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and configure components on Microsoft Power apps, Power automate, PowerShell, SharePoint, Teams etc.
  • Supports the development solutions that will address a wide range of business needs including workflows, forms, document management, business reports and dashboards utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts and programs.
  • Identify areas where process or automation would provide the greatest ROI.
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise for development initiatives in generative AI.
  • Leverage Azure OpenAI or other AI platforms to integrate company-specific data to optimize for relevancy and accuracy while ensuring data privacy standards are compliant.
  • Plan, configure, and manage resources in Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms.
  • Engineer evaluation frameworks to gauge Large Language Model (LLM) efficacy, driving continuous enhancements and tuning in model quality and performance, to include monitoring of model ethics, sentiment, bias, etc.
  • Collaborate with the IT Security team to meet and exceed the strictest compliance requirements for cloud data security.
  • Supports a broad range of Microsoft 365 platform technologies to include SharePoint, Team, Power Platform, and 365 tenant management.
  • Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise for Microsoft 365 platform adoptions in the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field.
  • 8+ years' experience in the Information technology space.
  • 4+ years working with Microsoft Power platform - Power apps and power automate.
  • Demonstrated experience with Azure OpenAI, other Large Language Models (LLMs), and open-source foundation models is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years hands-on-experience with developing full stack solutions using ASP.NET, Visual Studio, APIs, REST APIs, M365 Graph APIs. Powershell scripting etc.
  • 2+ years' experience working with M365 product suite.
  • 2+ years' experience of designing, creating and maintaining automation solutions
  • Nice to have experience with CSOM, JSOM, SPFx, Angular, node.js etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning Studio, and Azure Cognitive Search or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Nice to have knowledge on RPA and automation solutions like Workato.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding, and challenging business environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audience.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$105,000 - $169,050
