Job Details

We are seeking a Technical Product / Program Manager with strong experience in leading software-focused programs from ideation to production. This role requires a combination of business analysis, product vision, leadership, and technical expertise in modern technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage work activities for the Emerging Technology SWAT Team, and help deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage detailed work activities for the Emerging Technology SWAT Team.

Drive programs from product ideation through production delivery.

Apply business analysis techniques to identify needs and recommend value-driven solutions.

Ensure effective communications across stakeholders and leadership.

Support software product operations, install base, current usage, future plans, and product vision.

Demonstrate decision-making and critical-thinking skills to resolve challenges quickly.

Collaborate on technical initiatives involving microservices, UX/UI, infrastructure security, AI/ML/GenAI models.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience as a product owner or program manager in the software domain.

Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Certificates in Product / Program Management.

Strong technical understanding across software engineering components.

Bachelor s or Master s degree (minimum required).

Preferred Skills:

Domain knowledge in AWS/Azure.

Experience with data analytics and commercializing APIs.

Hands-on exposure to AI/ML/GenAI projects.

Understanding of the software engineering lifecycle (Prototype Production).

Prior knowledge of healthcare or related client domains.
