Job Title: Technical Lead - Workforce Management Systems (UKGPro WFM, Security)
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Duration/Term: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a system administrator to provide technical support and production administration for UKGPro WFM (Dimensions), the timekeeping and staff scheduling system for two newly acquired hospitals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKGPro WFM (Dimensions), ServiceNow incident management, and a strong background in configuration maintenance, integrations, security administration, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support (90%)
- Maintain system configurations and implement approved changes in non-production environments.
- Troubleshoot, modify, and maintain integrations between UKGPro WFM and third-party systems.
- Support and monitor existing configurations and change requests.
- Manage and configure physical timeclock devices, mobile applications, and kiosks.
- Monitor the ServiceNow assignment group, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests per SLAs.
- Administer user profiles, permissions, and security roles within UKGPro WFM.
- Assist resources with Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Absence Management configuration.
- Perform regular security audits, ensuring compliance with access controls and segregation of duties.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical workflows.
- Provide training and mentorship to additional personnel as needed.
Change and Release Support (10%)
- Coordinate software release efforts from non-production to production environments, ensuring vendor-hosted systems comply with standards.
- Validate ServiceNow Ticket Migration Readiness, ensuring approved changes conform to release control procedures.
- Apply security patches and implement a patch management process for vulnerabilities.
- Update ServiceNow Ticket Migration Status and provide release notes to stakeholders.
- Attend Change Advisory Board meetings, informing relevant teams about change tickets that may affect other applications.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UKGPro WFM (Dimensions) administration, implementation, and technical support.
- Strong expertise in UKGPro WFM (Dimensions), with specialization in Timekeeping and Scheduling modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow incident management and troubleshooting system configurations.
- Knowledge of security technologies, access control measures, and incident response strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing vulnerabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical personnel.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team environment.
- Experience in healthcare or higher education environments (preferred).
