Location: 2 days remote, 3 days on site per week in Philadelphia
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, SSRS, and Snowflake environments.
- Perform DBA tasks including log management, backups, and restores.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues related to caching, plugin conflicts, and site speed.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives, including dashboard management.
- Assist with the migration of legacy hospital data to Snowflake and manage data conversion processes.
- Ensure proper data tagging and integration for analytics and reporting.
- Maintain SQL environments, including updates and version control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in database administration, engineering, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Proficiency in report generation and performance tuning.
- Experience supporting AI/ML datasets (data cleansing, transformation, preparation for machine learning workflows).
- Hands-on experience with data extraction and migration processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
- Excellent documentation and collaboration abilities.
