Job Details



Location: 2 days remote, 3 days on site per week in Philadelphia




Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, SSRS, and Snowflake environments.

  • Perform DBA tasks including log management, backups, and restores.

  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues related to caching, plugin conflicts, and site speed.

  • Support reporting and analytics initiatives, including dashboard management.

  • Assist with the migration of legacy hospital data to Snowflake and manage data conversion processes.

  • Ensure proper data tagging and integration for analytics and reporting.

  • Maintain SQL environments, including updates and version control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.




Required Skills & Qualifications



  • 8+ years of experience in database administration, engineering, or related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.

  • Proficiency in report generation and performance tuning.

  • Experience supporting AI/ML datasets (data cleansing, transformation, preparation for machine learning workflows).

  • Hands-on experience with data extraction and migration processes.

  • Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.

  • Excellent documentation and collaboration abilities.
