Entry Level Technical Support - Tier 1

Onsite working in Kansas City, MO - NOT a remote position

Permanent/ Direct Hire

Yearly base salary starting at 40K

Experience Required:

-Basic IT knowledge

-1 year of experience in a technical/helpdesk or similar role (preferred)

-Excellent Customer Service skills

Job Responsibilities:

-Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and ticket requests.

-Guiding users through diagnostic procedures to determine the root cause of issues.

-Managing all employee logins, approvals, emails, and general access provisions.

-Logging, tracking calls and maintaining accurate service records utilizing company ticketing system.

-Communicating and interfacing with escalation teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

-Enthusiastic about changing technology trends.
