Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Implementation Consultant to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that are critical to the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the organization. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage significant projects involving facility consolidation, infrastructure upgrades, workspace modernization, and technology-enabled change. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating cross-functional environments and driving successful outcomes aligned with our business goals. This role is based on-site, reflecting the need for close collaboration and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs from planning through to implementation and close-out.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee program governance structures, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration among internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive change management processes and ensure the adoption of new capabilities across the organization.
  • Oversee critical infrastructure upgrades, including enhancements to power systems, HVAC, network capabilities, and data centers.
  • Ensure all program deliverables meet quality assurance standards, and achieve commissioning and validation goals.
  • Provide regular executive-level updates and maintain strategic alignment with senior leadership on program progress and outcomes.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes across all program elements to safeguard project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or facilities-related programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional environments with robust stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and establishing effective program governance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in executive reporting and presentation.
  • Preferred: PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated environments is highly desirable.
  • Technical proficiency with facility systems and technology infrastructure.
  • Advanced skills in MS Project or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to create and lead matrix teams on complex projects and initiatives.

Pay Range: $55.00 - $65.00 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
