responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize advanced Alteryx workflows to deliver scalable talent analytics and workforce insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong data pipelines using SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server) with an emphasis on performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Design and enhance interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to provide leadership with real-time insights and compelling data storytelling.
  • Establish Tableau development standards for design, governance, and performance optimization.
  • Implement scalable data models and solutions that uncover talent trends, automate workforce processes, and support evolving organizational analytics needs.
  • Leverage Power Automate to streamline reporting workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with Talent and Business leaders to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data workflows.




qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.


Strong expertise in SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server) and Python for data manipulation and automation.


Hands-on experience with ETL technologies and practical experience using Alteryx Designer for workflow creation and optimization.


Extensive experience in Tableau and Power BI, including advanced visualization techniques and dashboard performance tuning.


Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.


Solid understanding of data models (relational and dimensional) and ETL/ELT concepts/tools.


Demonstrated experience developing, debugging, and tuning complex SQL statements, including PL/SQL.


API integration experience is required.


Ability to set up monitoring, alerts, and auditing for data workflows.
