Role: Retail Patching Specialist
Location: Goodlettsville, Tennessee
- The patching of devices will be done using SOTI Mobicontrolin Retail mobility space.
- The support activities will include the testing of the patches, creating the change record, getting it approved, deploying the patches and validating the deployment.
- Triage and resolution of SNOW tickets during coverage hours and based on SLA if the issue/incident is related to patching/update of apps.
- Participate in P1 and P2 calls for incidents related to patching/update of HHTs and MDM/RPI (Retail Platform Infrastructure) related apps during standard coverage hours.
- Creation and implementation of patch/deployment changes including rollback support when needed.
- Resource will work closely with Developers to help deploy device app patches/updates to QA for testing and validating any patches/updates before implementing in PROD.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
