The Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who drives collaboration, unites teams to solve problems, and keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be accountable for managing timelines, budgets, and milestones while actively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum to deliver high-quality results.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive and lead cross-functional project teams from planning through delivery, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking progress against key milestones and deliverables.
Proactively inform and update stakeholders on project progress, key decisions, and potential risks or delays, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
Monitor and manage project performance, identifying deviations early and implementing corrective actions to maintain momentum
Coordinate across teams to resolve roadblocks quickly and ensure dependencies are managed effectively.
Manage project budgets, ensuring financial parameters are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and presentations to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial or merchandising in a retail environment.
- Certification in project management (PME), required
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage timelines, milestones, and budgets effectively.
- Adaptability and resilience when navigating shifting priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive leader who unites teams and drives accountability across stakeholders.
