Overview of the Role

As a Senior Program Manager specializing in AI/GenAI, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing AI-driven initiatives that align with our strategic business objectives. Your expertise will drive the successful execution and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring innovative solutions are implemented effectively to enhance our competitive edge in the technology sector.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI/GenAI programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Oversee multiple projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, clearly communicating milestones and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in AI/GenAI to cross-functional teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI and machine learning advancements, integrating best practices into project planning.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define project requirements and system architecture.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and address any risks or issues promptly.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to align projects with business needs.
• Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI/GenAI.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and team development.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager in AI/GenAI projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace.
• AI-ML Modeling, LangChain, OpenAI, PyTorch, and TensorFlow

Other Requirements (Optional)

• Master s degree in a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master).
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of API integrations and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $78,000

Pay Range Maximum: $160,600

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
