Job Description
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients and
internal stakeholders. This role will be the expert on our advertising solutions, consult with clients
on best practices and resolve any technical issues that come your way. Technical Solutions
Consultants are curious by nature, comfortable working in ambiguous situations, and love coming
up with creative solutions to client needs.
Location: North America
Responsibilities Build technical expertise in Meta various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Meta advertising solutions Partner closely with Meta s sales teams and Tier A+ advertisers to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution. Skills BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree 8+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries Experience managing a multi-million dollar book of business, able to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients. Experience with technical troubleshooting Meta Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel) Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs

Responsibilities: Core of our work is technical solutions consultants, client facing, the team has a book of business of 10 high end advertisers and are the Point of contact for sales and advertisers. -Technical troubleshooting -can be referred to as a Technical account Manager, Solutions Engineer

How will performance be measured? -CSAT and RSAT, client receives a survey on how team members service was, CW will also be a part of this, completing and resolving I a timely manner

Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills 1 First-hand knowledge of Meta tools, building integrations for google/ Facebook.. Worked with FAANG/ Multi-million dollar book of business companies internally or as a client. Managing API tools with Meta companies 2 8-10 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries 3 - Experience with technical troubleshooting Meta Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel) (Meta is highly preferred but not required)
Nice-to-have Skills 1 Moderate level literacy, SQL 2 External client communication experience in a technical capacity 3

Degrees/Certifications Required: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, computer science, or relevant experience
