Job Title: OpenText ITSM Technical Specialist (Developer / Architect
Location: Remote Duration: 6-12 months contract with possible to extend
- Responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing the OpenText ITSM platform.
- Customizes workflows, forms, and automation rules.
- Leads platform integrations and scripting efforts.
- Ensures scalable, secure, and optimized architecture aligned with business needs.
