Project Manager

seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager and Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Jira and Azure DevOps Boards, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.
Proficient in using Jira and Azure DevOps Boards to track and manage project tasks, timelines, and resources.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes and action items.
Monitor project progress, identify, and address any issues or delays, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.
Maintain a clear record of open items and diligently follow up with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in gathering and coordinating project requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Lead and run meetings with senior personnel, effectively communicating project objectives, status, and requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a software development environment.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps Boards.
Experience in requirements gathering and coordination is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
