Job Details

Title: Oracle ERP CLOUD LEAD Location: Raleigh, NC onsite
Need local to NC
15+ years OF EXP
Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead delivery activities through key upcoming phases:
System Integration Testing (SIT)
Loading and Performance Testing (LnP)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Mock Conversion
Dress Rehearsal
Cutover Execution
Hypercare Support
Ensure alignment and smooth hand-offs between onsite and offshore teams, especially across technical workstreams, including data conversions, integrations, environment readiness, and cutover planning.
Manage and track technical deliverables, risks, and issues, and drive resolution by engaging appropriate stakeholders.
Coordinate with environment management and infrastructure teams to ensure availability and stability of Oracle ERP Cloud and related non-production environments.
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and daily coordination calls with global teams, ensuring progress is made during US time zones.
Provide clear and concise communication to project leadership on project status, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud.
Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud technical workstreams including:
o Integrations (OIC, REST, SOAP, etc.)
o Data Conversions
o Reports & Extensions
on Environment setup and refreshes
o Cutover planning and execution
Proven experience acting as a Delivery Lead / Onsite Coordinator on global delivery models.
Strong coordination skills across multi-vendor and multi-time zone teams.
Exposure to boundary system integrations and upstream/downstream data flows with ERP systems.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Proven track record in leading Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, especially in SCM.
Certification in Oracle ERP Cloud (e.g., Oracle Cloud SCM Certification) is a plus.
