Job Details

Miracle Software Systems, seeking a certified Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Architect with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and strong knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) integration. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and compliance.
 
Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience; 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Payroll (Functional Architect or Lead Consultant).
  • Oracle Payroll Cloud Certification (current).
  • Hands-on experience with OTL configuration (timecard layouts, workflows, and rules).
  • Proven ability to design, test, and deploy Oracle Fast Formulas.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and payroll integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll (earnings, deductions, taxes, and reports).
  • Gather and translate complex business requirements into functional configurations.
  • Configure and integrate Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) with Payroll for accurate time-to-pay processing.
  • Design and test Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and accruals.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, build prototypes, and lead CRP and UAT sessions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Develop detailed documentation and deliver user training.
  • Provide functional support and resolve complex Payroll and OTL issues.
  • Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM updates and best practices.
