About the Team:

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Datacenter Infrastructure Administrator with a minimum of 8 years of experience maintaining data center operations at Enterprise scale. This role focuses on ensuring infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and scalability to support business-critical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and network infrastructure within the physical data center.
  • Performs installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware and software components.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for data center operations.
  • Manage server virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Optimize and perform capacity planning for power and cooling systems to enhance energy efficiency.
  • Conduct routine security audits and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory.
  • Develop and maintain datacenter operational documentation, including system diagrams and procedures.
  • Provide support for escalated issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About You:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise scale data center operations or system administration.
  • 5-8 years of experience with racking and stacking server hardware, virtualization, and storage solutions.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP) are a plus

The pay range for this position is $62,300.00 to $89,550.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
