Role: Prophet 21 ERP Specialist – Full Time | Onsite – Willingboro, NJ

Position Overview:
Seeking a Prophet 21 ERP Specialist to support, optimize, and enhance the Epicor Prophet 21 environment for a distribution/manufacturing organization. Role involves ERP administration, process improvement, integrations, reporting, and cross-functional support.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Prophet 21 modules across sales, purchasing, inventory, and accounting.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

• Lead/support Prophet 21 upgrades, module rollouts, and data migrations.

• Work on integrations (API, EDI, vendor catalogs, internal systems).

• Maintain data integrity and create reports/KPIs using SQL.

• Provide end-user support, training, SOPs, and documentation.

• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth ERP operations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21.

• Strong knowledge of distribution/supply chain workflows.

• Solid SQL skills (queries, reporting, data troubleshooting).

• Experience gathering requirements and improving ERP processes.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Prophet 21 Web UI & API experience.

• Understanding of accounting workflows.

• Experience with EDI/vendor catalog integrations.
