Job Description: As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for driving sales of our services to a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to established enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations:Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of Anaptyss solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring they are mutually beneficial for both the client and Anaptyss.
  • Sales Reporting:Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback from clients and contribute to product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Relevant 10+ Years of BFSI Vertical experience and Rolodex of network.
  • Proven track record of success in Financial Solutions BPO sales, with 5 years of experience in Consulting companies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
