Job Details

Job Title: Data Management Consultant

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid 2/3 days a week)

Duration: 6 months

Type: Contract(C2C)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic transformation while actively engaging in day-to-day problem-solving and implementation.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis, identify operational inefficiencies, and design actionable solutions.
  • Partner with Bread cross-functional teams to drive Catalog adoption, process improvements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and present executive-level recommendations supported by data-driven insights.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in management consulting with a strong track record of hands-on project execution.
  • Expertise in business process optimization, change management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to evolving client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Collibra Data Quality and Data Catalog.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
