Position Overview:

We are seeking two (2) Business Analysts to join an existing team and help drive multiple time-sensitive initiatives. These professionals will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, track milestones, and support testing, training, and release activities. The ideal candidates will possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills and be capable of managing several concurrent projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively, ensuring clear communication with production, managerial, and executive teams.

  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis. Maintain system processes and deliver monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders.

  • Author and update internal and external documentation; formally initiate and deliver business and functional requirements.

  • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize efficiency and troubleshoot operational challenges.

  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with business partners to optimize systems integration.

  • Respond to inquiries from managers and executives with research-backed recommendations.


High-Level Goals:

  • Manage, monitor, and track project milestones.

  • Collect, maintain, and revise business and technical requirements.

  • Support testing, training, and release phases for multiple initiatives.

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current business processes and recommend improvements.


Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio or Lucidchart.

  • High proficiency in documentation and stakeholder communication.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
