Description
We are seeking a solid Salesforce dev who can contribute their development and configuration skills to our enterprise-wide Salesforce implementation. This implementation leans heavily toward programmatic development.
The developer hired for this position will help design solutions to meet stakeholder requirements involving complex integration of new and existing features shared by multiple dev teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce capabilities to include: Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, approvals, security, APIs and more
Consult with scrum teammates to ensure technical integrity
Implement scalable solutions whenever possible
Know, follow, and teach Salesforce programmatic patterns and platform best practices
Conduct code reviews for teammates
Contribute to the DevOps process
Execute testing on personal and team development efforts in coordination with QA lead
Be comfortable in an agile scrum team context
Embrace and promote agile practices and mindset
Always strive to learn
Lean into change that improves processes and relationships
Effectively communicate with team members and key stakeholders, including business partners who don't "speak tech"
Never hesitate to ask why

Serve as a voice of innovation and creativity balanced with best practices

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative work environment
Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement
Do the right thing attitude while being a strong team player
Strong communication and collaboration skills, focus on customer service
Strong experience on Copado platform

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
