Description
Our client is looking for a Mobile Device/Phone (iOS and Android) Deployment Technician to support the roll out of new mobile devices to employees. The ideal resource will have a background in technical support and training of end users in the proper use of smartphones.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Mobile Device operations, provisioning of smart phones, customer support incident resolution, and other support tasks; ensure timely, accurate and complete assistance to users in the areas of mobile device support
The management of assets to include cataloging all smart phones in inventory and making sure they have the appropriate asset tag; and cataloging all assets and their assigned user.
The training in proper use of smart phones. This may include one-on-one in person, web based training, and classroom settings.
Providing first level support of all mobile devices including taking help desk request via phone, email, or IT service management tickets.
Working with the installation of applications on smartphones and the subsequent security settings.
Working with Mobile Device Management tools for asset management, update management and endpoint management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.29 - $20.29/hr.
