Job description :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead Developer with hands-on experience in Customer Engagement (CE), Customer Insights (CI), and Sales modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions to drive business transformation. Experience with .Net, SSIS and Azure Data Factory is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE, CI, and Sales modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable solutions.
- Lead the Development team and maintain integrations using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and other ETL tools.
Manage MS DYnamics 365 Application Production Support team
- Create and manage Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance user experience.
- Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
- Document technical designs, architecture, and user guides.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Sales modules.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Insights and customer data platforms.
- Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, Power Automate, and Plugins.
- Experience with .Net, API, SSIS and Azure Data Factory for data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Common Data Model, and Power Platform.
- Solid understanding of CRM data structures, security models, and workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with leading MS Dynamics CRM 365 Production Support team
Triaging the tickets, Coordinating with Business Stakeholders, guding Prod support team
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure Synapse.
- Background in data analytics or customer journey mapping.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
