Title: Oracle Functional Consultant - Recruitment Cloud
Location - Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Note: Role is open for both Contract (W2, & C2C) And Full time hiring
Note: Current role is with our direct client

Job Summary.
  • Preferred candidates will have previous experience with Oracle Fusion ORC Functional Lead and related areas.
  • Should have at least 2 Implementation experiences in ORC for a Global Company across Multiple Geographies.
  • Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
  • Expertise in Global Templates, Postings, Offers, and Pre-Boarding / On-Boarding is required.
  • Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, and Requirements documentation.
  • Prepare functional design and work with the Offshore team in Implementation and testing.
  • Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing ORC.
  • Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Learn, and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.
  • Must have excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills and problem-resolution skills.

Required Skills:
  • Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.
  • Prepare the User Guides.
  • Provide Support for HR Key Users.
  • Collect the requirements and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department.

  • Active Certification in ORC will be desired:
