Location: Milwaukee, WI (100% onsite) Must reside in the Milwaukee WI area Contract Duration: Through 12/31/2025 (likely extension)

Position Overview:
Seeking a Desktop Support I technician to join the Imaging and Asset Management team. This role is hands-on and provides Tier 1 desktop support with a focus on device deployment and lifecycle management. The technician will work directly with end users to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and assist with device repairs and maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Desktop support and troubleshooting
- Deploying and imaging devices (PCs, laptops)
- Performing basic device repairs on the fly
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting workstations, printers, and peripherals
- General knowledge of Client/Server environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications
Primary Duties:
- PC refresh and lifecycle management
- Imaging and deploying hardware
- Printer and peripheral setup/maintenance
- User account maintenance
- Provide high-quality support for employees, contractors, and vendors
- Follow ITIL best practices to address recurring issues
