Job Description:



  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Aerospace Logistics Specialistto join our team in support of the FLRAA program. This role focuses on the analysis and coordination necessary to develop affordable, supportable military systems. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with aviation maintenance experience who is passionate about influencing design for optimal supportability.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support the development and integration of logistics support systems within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

  • Conduct and coordinate various logistics analyses, including:

  • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)

  • Provisioning and Supply Support

  • Task/Maintenance Planning

  • Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs)

  • Paper-based manuals and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs)

  • Repair Parts and Special Tool Lists (RPSTLs)

  • Support Equipment and PHS&T

  • Ensure compliance with applicable military standards (MIL-STDs) and specifications.

  • Design and implement inherent supportability features into the maintenance and logistics strategy.

  • Prepare data and presentations for program reviews.

  • Meet performance metrics related to cost and schedule objectives.

  • Support additional logistics and maintenance initiatives as directed.


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of military aviation experience or 5+ years in aviation maintenance/logistics.

  • Proficient with SlicWave Logistics Product Data software.

  • Knowledge of S1000D publication specifications and GEIA-STD-007.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
