Sr Program Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs from conception to completion. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to deliver initiatives that support the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful program delivery, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium- to large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, work plans, and resource allocations.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively working to mitigate obstacles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, facilitating effective communication and accountability across project teams.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships as required to achieve program objectives.
• Champion best practices in program management, process improvement, and change management .
• Manage timelines, results, and alignment with OKRs, as well as overseeing IT transformation initiatives.
• The ideal candidate should have a background in sourcing vendor management, financial savvy, data experience, and familiarity with AI innovation and contract management lifecycle systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within media, technology, or entertainment.
• The ideal candidate should have a background in sourcing vendor management, financial savvy, data experience, and familiarity with AI innovation and contract management lifecycle systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs with multiple interdependencies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Financial savvy, including forecasting and ensuring financial best practices. Experience managing budgets, financials, and ROI analysis for large-scale programs.
• Data and analytics experience, with understanding of scale and complexity in data work.
• Exposure to or experience with AI innovation is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Ability to manage status, presentations, and roadmaps for reporting
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within similar enterprise environment.
• Experience with sourcing/vendor management or knowledge of sourcing systems (e.g., Coupa, contract management lifecycle systems) is preferred.
• Exposure to or experience with AI innovation is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Experience with organizational change management (OCM) and communications planning is beneficial.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Required Education:

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
