Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
- Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
- Monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Product Owner role, preferably with embedded software.
- Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
- Proficiency in C, C++ and C#.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable tasks.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products.
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience with embedded systems and software development.
- Strong understanding of software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
- SAFe certification or relevant training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Domain experience in RF and GPS and Navigation system development, implementation and integrations efforts.
